The Town & Country Inc.
Story:

Town & Country Inc., Realtors opened its' doors in May, 1968 in a one room office building in what is now Jackson, Tennessee's mid-town. Along with two sales associates and a secretary, Reggie Smith and George Dorris, began building one of the most successful real estate firms in the Jackson area. In the ensuing years many new facets have been added to the business including property management and opening the 52nd Family Relocation Center in the nation, offering a wide variety of relocation services.

In 1979, invited Town & Country Inc., Realtors to join what was soon to become America's premier real estate franchise as a charter member. As the company grew, so did Mr. Smith's commitment to his sales executives. A training director was hired. That training is still in place, ensuring that each sales executive has the information and the tools he or she needs in helping people buy or market their home. Due to Mr. Smith's vision and company growth, he was inducted into Broker Hall of Fame 1993. In 1987, Town & Country Inc., Realtors received the Outstanding Small Business of the Year Award. In 1987 they moved to their current location on Hwy 45 Bypass in Jackson. Town & Country Inc., Realtors, has been recognized as National Champs in 1989, 1992, and 1993.

For the past thirty years, Town & Country Inc., Realtors has been a market leader. Their fresh, innovative marketing approach has helped them achieve success in an ever growing field. Their main concern continues to be service to their clients. Service, Integrity, Loyalty, and Knowledge. These values help them keep the buying and marketing process going as smooth as S.I.L.K.
